1.     Call Meeting to Order:

 Gary Burgess (Chairperson) called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. 

 2.     Old Business

 A. SUBDIVISION # 08 86 66: PROPERTY ID 09 20 48 SECTION 5.02 SKETCH PLAN SUBMISSION FOR A 2 LOT SUBDIVISION PROPERTY OWNERS, ADAM RIGG, DANIEL BATONICK, ELLEN GOODMAN.  LOCATED ON NORTH RD.

Mr. Mance recused himself from the board

Mr. Mance made explained the project as a 2 lot subdivision lot 1 35+ acres and lot 11+ acres.

Ms. Porio when thru the subdivision regulations.

Mr. Metcalf made a motion to close the hearing.

Mr. Ludwig seconded.

Motion approved 4-0

Motion to approve made by Mr. Ludwig seconded by Mr. Metcalf

Motion approved 4-0 with provision that the Rd Forman approve the driveway curb cut.

Mr. Mance returned to the table

Mr. Mance made motion to approve the January 7, 2009 minutes.  Mr. Ludwig seconded.  Motion to approve January 7, 2009 minutes carried 4-0 Ms Porio abstained
