1. Call Meeting to Order:
Chairman Wynn Metcalfe called the meeting to order at 8:45 PM.
Bill Pennebaker reported to the board on his meeting with Buzz Surwilo, State Agency of Natural Resources and the town’s consultant with Heindel & Noyes on Friday April 27th, 2007 regarding the methane gas problem at the landfill.
No actions were taken at this meeting of the Shaftsbury Selectboard.
The meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M.
